With the Virtual Soccer Academy you can have a training schedule that will last you an entire football season. It allows you to work at your own pace and concentrate on those areas you wish to improve.

A Simple Plan for you to Follow

The training program is split into 3 categories ranging in difficulty, Red, Blue and Yellow Camps. We suggest you begin with Red camp, and master the skills required to advance to the next level of training. There are 72 lessons, designed to maximise your potential as a player, as well as nutritional and core stability advice. Within each weekly programme, there are 2 lessons per week for you to practice, and combine with your rest and prepare days. If you follow this 9 month plan, you are sure to improve.
